📜 Terms of Service
🪪 Who can order
Adults 21+ in our Orange County, CA delivery area. Someone 21+ with a valid photo ID has to receive the order in person — no ID, no delivery, no exceptions.
💵 Ordering & paying
You pay your driver at the door — Cash App, Zelle, Apple Cash or cash. We never charge you online and never touch your card details. The menu is live, so items and prices can change or sell out; every order is double-checked before it's accepted, and we may cancel one we can't verify.
🚫 Real orders only — fair use of the service
Every confirmed order sends out a real driver. Test or false orders, fake names, numbers or addresses, and abuse of our drivers or dispatch are strictly prohibited.
Violations of these Terms or our Privacy Policy may result in immediate and permanent suspension of service, without prior notice and at our sole discretion.
🚚 Deliveries & cancellations
Keep your address accurate and stay reachable — your receipt has live tracking and a direct chat with your driver. Our drivers may decline a delivery when it wouldn't be safe or legal (no valid ID, clear intoxication, buying for a minor). You can cancel any time before delivery from your receipt — any points or credits go right back. Delivered orders are final.
⭐ Accounts & rewards
One account per person. Keep your info accurate and your password to yourself. Points, credits and referrals have no cash value and get reversed if we spot abuse — play fair and they're all yours.
⚖️ The legal bits
Products are for adult use in California — no resale, and never across state lines. Keep everything away from kids and pets, and don't drive high. Products aren't evaluated by the FDA. The service is provided "as is"; our liability is limited to what you paid for the order in question. These Terms follow California law and we may update them — the date up top is always current.

📦 What we collect
Only what it takes to get an order to your door: your name, phone, delivery address, order history, and — if you make an account — your rewards. Your email is verified with a one-time code and used for security codes (like password resets), not marketing. Plus basic, first-party visit counts and security signals that keep the service safe. No ad trackers, no cross-site cookies, ever.
🤐 What we never do
We never sell, rent or share your information. It's seen only by our own dispatch team and your assigned driver — the minimum needed to deliver — or where the law requires. Brands we carry can see anonymized sales stats for their own products (masked order number, city, and items only) — never your name, contact info, or address. Payments happen at your door, so we never hold card or banking details.

Promo texts only if you opt in — and reply STOP any time to opt out. We never share your number.
