Our products and this site are for adults 21 years of age or older only. You confirm your age before entering, and you'll present a valid government-issued ID to your driver on delivery. We deliver only within Orange County, CA.

Information we collect

Order & delivery details — your name, phone number, email (optional, for your receipt), delivery address and ZIP code, and any gate code or notes you provide.
Account & rewards — if you create an account: your name, phone, email, ZIP, a securely hashed password, your order history, and your loyalty points, credit, and referral code.
Basic site analytics — first-party, privacy-respecting counts such as page views and whether you're on mobile or desktop, so we can improve the site. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or cross-site cookies.

How we use your information

To take, confirm, and deliver your orders, and to have our dispatcher or driver contact you about your delivery and ETA.
To run your rewards, loyalty points, and referral credits.
To send you Essinza promotions, deals, and updates. By checking the box on entry you agree that we may keep your information to share future Essinza promotions with you. You can opt out at any time (see "Your choices" below).

Text messages (SMS)

We send marketing or promotional texts only if you separately opt in (for example, by checking the "Text me Essinza deals" box at checkout). Message & data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help. We never share or sell your phone number.

Payment

Essinza is pay-on-delivery only — you pay your driver when they arrive. We never charge you online and we do not collect or store your card or banking details on this site.

We never sell or share your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. We share it only as needed with our own dispatch team and assigned driver to fulfill your order, or where required by law.

How we protect it

Your information is stored on secure, access-controlled systems. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes (never in plain text). Staff access is limited to what's needed to operate the business, and we remove information we no longer need.

Your choices

Opt out of promotions any time — reply STOP to a text, or email us to be removed from promotional outreach.
Access or delete your data — email support@essinza.com to request a copy of, or the deletion of, the personal information we hold about you.
